Actually you will not be able to buy the $7.50 phone on HPNN's alleged ecommerce site. By their own admission in the tweet it says "This phone is available to master distributors or carriers only. Hop-on will pre-qualify the sales channels. "

HPNN will not be selling individual phones. Which means they will never sell any of those garbage phones.
