You're making the unwarranted assumption that NTEK longs won't continue to help NTEK hype the stock.

NTEK doesn't produce come jan 1 I'd say 01's will hit shortly after.

The company's most spectacular lies were from earlier in the year, when they claimed tens of thousands of NP-1s were already on their way to stores. I'm surprised those lies didn't land the lot of them in prison, but more to the point, no level of audacious lie being exposed as such has dampened the enthusiasm of NTEK longs for this stock in any way.

So another round of NTEK lies being proven clearly as lies is likely to have the same effect.

Facts are to NTEK longs as water is to stone.

So lies being exposed won't do it. They can't lose credibility with their followers no matter what lies they tell.

The only thing that shuts this down is when they've fully diluted, and no NTEK insider owns a thing.

I don't even think the SEC is coming for this one. I think they've worked out how to stay under the SEC's radar. That they were allowed to stay in business and defraud innocent people after the Google Super Tweet means the SEC just doesn't care about a relatively small scam. How many family's life savings have to be wiped out to pay for sports cars and trips to Vegas before the government shows any interest at all in enforcing the law?
