It is not a scam. Their problems are common problems for start ups. One HUGE miscalculation they made is that the typical motorcycle in Thailand costs less than $2,000. And someone is going to pay over $3,000 for wheelies? Not going to happen. Even with scale in production there is only so much they can squeeze out.
But they sure step on their own toes a lot..... no news because of a so called quiet period yet they post on Facebook.....Material events must be disclosed within 4 business days no matter what. They ran out of money around Sept. 15 so no money to pay employees so who sits around and works for free? No one.... so accept the fact that the only ones working are the senior guys......
They are still accruing expenses and I bet the senior guys want their back pay too... so even when the registration statement is deemed effective they will end up getting only 200-300k.
Aegis is selling their stock. Period. They could give a shit about the company. In fact, when the deal was consummated the stock was .10 and I posted that the deal was over because Aegis was in control now. And yes, they have every reason to sell.... look at the discount they got. The next round of stock will be around .01 a share, which means WM will owe them around 100 million shares.
And has anyone been more wrong about the stock than Patternseeker? I mean his constant conspiracy theories about market makers manipulating the stock is laughable. Has there ever been a price when Pattern did not say 'buy'? Also, why on earth would anyone 'accumulate the stock' when all they have to do is go to WM and offer them $500k and end up with deeply discounted stock?
The easiest answer is usually the correct one..... Aegis has a shit load of shares and are getting a shit load more. They are selling their shares. that's it, nothing else.
The company simply does not and will not have the resources to pull this off with the currant share structure. after the stock breaks .01 they will reverse the shit out of it and raise another $500k. You read it here first.
