It's applies to ECDC in spades. Kay and ECDC ar an epic scam that has stolen countless millions fro unwitting or down right foolish investors. The shell owns nothing so if there even ever was a success it would all belong to Kay. PT Barnum said it quite clearly a sucker born every minute and Kay has lived his life o. The backs of those suckers.
