If ALL they wanted to do was eliminate or reduce the convertible debt, they would have PRd items and hired an awareness campaign to keep volume up and conversions going..

They did not!

So, something sits behind the recent 8-k and the rush to convert. It must be a major deal/change of control.
The CD holders convert and sell some shares, holding others...
