Empirestocks, you cannot see it in the SEC filings?;

4.290 billion O/S minus 1.220 billion insiders equals Float 3 billon + minus the unknown PPS shares. BLTA claims they sold 789 million PP shares only to millionaires this year but a percentage of those are over the 6-month restriction.
