Merger scenario. Existing OS becomes the new float of Shale Oil. There were only two options anyway: No RS and raise AS and stay a subpenny or RS and keep AS and become a dollar stock. I like the latter.
Final valuation of Shale Oil will become clear upon stock issuance to the new owners. My guess is max 10% float, so 300mil from WLOC became .3mil, making it at least 3-10 mil OS after RS
