I see...I just thought the way you had so assuredly and insistently stated there was indeed dilution, I just wanted to find out how you came to be so sure.

If the 740 million is indeed holding and continues to hold then IMHO dilution isn't there and won't be as far as I'm concerned.

So long as DF, BB, or whomever is getting shares within the 740 million, I'm all good.

Even if NTEK were to increase the A/S back up to 990 million and the PPS by way of some miracle remained at where it is now or even .06 and NTEK managed to sell every single additional share, they'd still only have $15 million to work with from it anyways.

From my understanding, with at least 2 machines running 24/7 converting content into 4K at around $40K a clip...they should be able to put $15 million together in short order, if they haven't already, instead of employing a tactic which has a fairly good probability of causing shareholder confidence erosion, by increasing the A/S.

I'm sure that a fair amount of NTEK investors took the reduction of the A/S as a key element in their sticking with the company through the thick and thin of things in addition to adding to their core positions with the additional understanding and belief that more A/S reductions would be forthcoming. To reverse or alter that understanding could be sufficient reason to cause a detrimental effect on the mindset of some longs who have weathered the 'price' of holding. imo
BTW - Thanks for responding.
