Obviously I'm not privy to "insider" goings on, however we all can see that David has received millions of shares along the way...how many of those shares are now free trading and how many may he have sold into the market to generate capital.

Cashing in options and convertible debentures are other as yet unknown areas.

While it appears that the 740mm mark is holding constant, other forces can be at work.....

If ntek was a scam, they could have easily driven the price up much higher and dumped by now... let's keep it real here, the stock is at .06

Company has a couple hundred million shares to play with... until I see something to change my mind, I think they are the real deal and have done a remarkable job in a short period of time....
