Here is a case for the Dividend announcement by next Friday.

The September 29th response took a little over two
weeks to get a response from the sec.

September 29th - October 16th = 17 days - several days to
prepare the filing = they must of received the response in
approximately, 14 days
The fewer comments that need to be addressed, the quicker
the return by the sec.

October 16th to next Friday November 1st is 15 days.
So my prediction has a basis by Friday, with a grace extension
to Tuesday the 5th.

VitaCig, Inc. S-1 Update The company would like to update
its shareholders on the VitaCig(R) Inc. dividend, spinoff,
and IPO. The amended S-1 filed on September 29, 2014 received
two comments from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Both comments were addressed in the amended S-1 filed on
October 16, 2014. As per the original guidelines of the
spinoff, the ex-date for the dividend will be the date
the effective notice is declared by the Securities and
Exchange Commission.
