As an attorney, would you say you are confident of the eventual victory of is common shareholders in the GSEs? How confident would you say you are?

Thanks for the view on that settlement. I notice you said you could take the other side and argue there wasn't much damage (as evidenced by the tiny per share settlement). Interesting way of seeing both sides you attorneys have!
