Such services shall include, but not be limited to, services as a placement agent as well as services related to merger/acquisition matters.

It was speculated by many that the redone finances were to clean the edges up for a merger or acquisition. Now earlier this week we are given an 8k with that exact language expressed with in.

Remember in math class when there was a series of numbers showing a pattern and you had to determine what the pattern was then fill in the blank?
