Speaking of Q Accountancy...

The PCAOB made public just yesterday their final report on the 2011 inspection of Q Accountancy. Nothing much surprising, but does fill in a gap or two about their regulatory issues. The original report was issued in September 2012, but the version released yesterday includes information originally omitted.
