Rich can you provide me the Form 25 for this De-listing action you describe? As far as I can see Yippy was never listed on an exchange, it has been quoted on the OTC in general and that is it. You are right I left out the word "previous" in front of shell, as a previous shell an exemption isn't available, the point was pretty clear.

But by all means tell us how happy Vivisimo was when you de registered the security.

I never said that you Defaulted, I made that clear, there wasn't a default because of the provisions in the agreement.

They really didn't have a choice, either take the stock or leave with with just the $450,000 given to them on the close.
