That's my thinking and to me they going to file for Orphan drug status whatever thats means.I checked it everyday since June 2014 and no update and this morning it was not there but after mid day it was changed.I think this means they going forward.

Also I still don't see no signed order by Oing regarding this purposed order that was violated by the defense twice.LOL they going to pay and pay big.
