Penny, Penny, believe as you please. I am long in this stock as are many of my friends....millions of shares and not a single one of us believes in no dilution, not one! Benny himself alluded to the fact in his opinion it was happening, it looks very obvious to anyone tracking the stock...... it's no big deal AS LONG AS it's being used properly.... however to deny it would not be wise in my opinion... you cannot sit back blaming shorters and market makers for the current pps. With the news ntek has generated, without dilution it would be much closer to the .15/.18 range right now...

Sorry, they have diluted...
