If Simba is so great, why don't they have a partner? They've done FTG, & seismic, plus
they spent their money on a third party resource estimate, yet they can't land a partner.
Erhc landed Cepsa with none of that. If all Cepsa wanted was their foot
in the door of Kenya, it would seem Cepsa would be interested in Simba block. Cepsa is apparently is happy with block 11a.

I own a small position in Simba, but it seems to me nobody is beating down their
door to partner with them. Why???
