This might help clarify 4Kids
On 10/20/2014 A friend who is very long in JBII/PTOI bought 1500 at .08.
On 10/22/2014 That same friend bought 10,000 shares at .09 and then 3500 at .09 and 6500, so it looked like two back to back 10,000 buys. It was in the latter afternoon.
