When the condition is terminal and only life support is keeping it alive why not go ahead and get the paperwork in order? They haven't been able to get the word out and sell the products in almost 9 years so what else are they going to do to pay bills? An RS every 6 months? Remember when shareholders called this a buying opportunity at .01? Now they can't get people to buy it at .0001 because everyone knows it's just a matter of time before the plug is pulled. Even when it gets good news that can't hold a higher share price for more that a few hrs.
