Won't be able to accurately answer your question unless I have exact information about the remaining 3 billion. I can only guess that many of us here and some of the pp share holders are here for the long run. Of course, some will be willing to sell a portion of their shares to get some capital back. However, what's taking place here doesn't show at all that dilution is happening. As I mentioned before that BLTA is exceptional in that it goes up and down very very slowly, which to me doesn't look like a big number of the pp shares are being sold. I believe most are here for the long run.
