ok, still that leaves about 3 billion and i think the agreement is that the officers will not sale till they get certification ,,,

the only
investors that will make big $$$$$$$$$ are the ones that have bought in below the .01 (some @.005) they will be able to sell at an awsome profit,@.035 +. it does not have to go to ten cents for them to make very large fortune.
this seems to have been thought out very carefully ....
large float , no reverse splits for at least a year and certainly no
company buy back for a while.
