Navy, I agree that it is chump change and lawyers and expenses will get most of it. As an attorney, we should be careful about reading too much into this. It cuts both ways. Although I haven't seen any documents I could just about guarantee that there are no admissions. It is just what it is called-a settlement ( maybe too stop litigation costs, maybe too clean up outstanding matters, etc). You could take the flip side and speculate that there wasn't much misleading if that was the total settlement. We will have to see if this leads to other actions hopefully leading to eventual release
