I just think they were lazy and wanted to find an easy way out
and/or have their own pre-conceived notions about software patents. Regardless I don't agree with their reasoning and hopefully the other CAFC judges won't either. Will likely come
down to internal CAFC politics (who has sway and who likes who) not external politics imho.
