After reading the amicus brief filed today, the only thing that comes to mind is that the case was pre-judged and fixed. I am totally ashamed of the U.S. Appellate Court system. The 2 judges knew they were going to protect Google from VRNG even if they had to stretch the law. Its criminal. I would like to see these judges disbarred or whatever they do to judges who fix decisions.
