Smith, our Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Director and our other Director, David Knepper, they have no experience serving as an officer or Director of a publicly-traded company, or experience with the reporting requirements which public companies are subject to. Consequently, our operations, earnings and ultimate financial success could suffer irreparable harm due to their ultimate lack of experience with publicly-traded companies in general.
