Thanks again Ol'dog. It is somewhat confusing since the Form 4's defined them as "common stock" not RSUs. Because of the timing I should have known it was some kind of grant related to the dividend. Anyway, at least they weren't selling which might cause an uproar around here... at least if would've in old days, hehehe.
