I brought these locked up unavailable shares to FINRA, and the SEC attentions see what I got out of it. Remember when they were priced at .10 and .008 and there was trades up and down. I guess like I have said Pennies are a whole different ball game is it legalized theft? Is the dice loaded against you to buy in that market shouldn't be?
