Thanks, although there's always a bit of luck involved on calling the bottom. Hopefully it was the bottom. If that holds I am a genius; if it goes to the .16s tomorrow I am a sucker. We'll have to see where the big volume loading comes in at.

As far as dilution, absolutely it is happening. But I don't think that's what you're really asking.
Dilution occurs as soon as a note holder converts their note (evidencing a loan to SLTD) into newly issued shares.

The bigger question is who holds those convertible notes (and how many different people/entities own those notes), and are they selling the new shares right away after they are issued?

I suspect there are some new shares being sold, but I don't think they are dumping everything they get. If I were them I'd do the same; take some instant profits on their super cheap shares, and hold some longer term.

Not long ago I noticed a new market maker on SLTD, going as LAFC. They have caught my attention as acting oddly on both the bid and ask.

I think the big attacks on the bid are probably just traders.
