I agree with this. I don't think anyone could duplicate it even if they wanted to at this point. Sounds like there are only a small few who know how to do this type of MEMS work.

If you go back and listen to this brief segment of David Markus talking about why they don't attend MEMS conferences there is a little nugget in their on the type of technology that they have and who are the only people that have it.
