LOL....of course the preferred shares are unaffected. Do you know what that means?

I'll tell you.

The preferred shareholders will be able to convert their preferreds to common at the post reverse split value. They'll make lots of money, but the current common shareholders will not.

Those preferreds will be converted and sold off quickly.

Unfortunately, everyone here will lose.
