It was stated "However, work will not go ahead until a licence has been issued by the Marine Management Organisation."

I'm going to assume that the licensing process by the Marine Management Organisation will be fast tracked for Odyssey since they already have a trove of information related to the site,haven't looked yet but assuming some kind of EIA has been pre-determined as well.That being said there are certain time frames that will still probably have to be met.

Obviously working a wreck site is going to be much different than subsea mining.I'm guessing minimum time for license would be several months based from what I read here,see "Marine licences" >>>>
