What is the sense of putting PRPM in a global lock which supposedly cancelled the financing, and retroactively undid previous alleged deals(Kolbe and Vortex and grow ops and pot shops), and then allow a GLOBALLY LOCKED corporation to merge?
Something does not make sense!
Something stinks in Vakserland!!!
