They could not even dump shares for cheap today. IMO so many of these penny CEO'S just do not have a clue how to really market their company. Even when things are not going right, there is still a way to market, just got to watch the lies that catch up with you, or maybe actually pr REAL info instead of forward looking statements which they can of course change anytime as they see fit for the companies well being LOL
