Are you kidding, "good in paper"? MCII has crashed 98.24% from the recent new high $14.2 to the current new all time low $0.25! Even those recent cheap shares buyers ($0.35 ~ $0.55) are in the deep water now! What I don't understand is: why those cheap shares (0.25 ~ 0.55 buyers) didn't buy any share at the ask to bounce MCII so that they can profit from? In this way the bid will get lower and lower until the price hit 0.01... If they buy some shares at the asks then MCII can quickly and easily surge back to the multiple dollars area since no any dilution sale at all after the R/S and the fixed SS is the same as the one before R/S!
