You are absolutely correct! Thank you for the solid information and pointing out where that info can be found. You are right, a PR is not how one should consider investing. A good lesson for all. NEOM is not a scam, I concur. It is in a very rough place trying to grow, and that growth comes at a cost and with risk.

I operate on common sense. Common sense is not available to everyone.
