Jack, you are correct that NEOM is a sham company and I am sympathetic to your cause of protecting the uninformed. However, you need to realize that NEOM freely discloses all the information needed to come to that conclusion. The SEC is not in the business of making investment decisions for you. All the SEC requires is that companies like NEOM make all required disclosures.

My opinion is that NEOM repeatedly makes disclosures that warn investors against investing. For those that ignore those warnings, they end up with shares trading at $0.0001 or not at all. For everyone that still own shares, you should be hoping for the next RS because that may allow you to unload your shares at today's equivalent of $0.00005 if you act quickly after the RS.
