I think that is a shorter if it was RAMO no discounter broker take pinks so they mostly likely would have to use a fully services broker where there min fee is $60 -$100 per trade plus % of the trade so if this the company dilution they would be losing the ass if this was them so IMO there is no way that can be case !!!
