Back in July 31, when the news came out that Baltia Air Lines Completed Pilots Training. We knew that BLTA has entered phase III. BLTA was just waiting for the official letter from the FAA. So when the news came out at the meeting, it wasn't really news or wasn't huge news. We were just waiting for bureaucratic routine to take its course so BLTA can start requesting/scheduling dates for the last 3 remaining steps. When the result of the Table Top exercise comes out, that would be news, in my opinion.
