This is all just Dimension Inc. fantasy. TMMI came out of the Federal Bankruptcy Court in California with ownership of VDK 1 thru 1.4 and licensing rights to VDK 1.5 thru 1.9 in June, 1998. All of this outdated "documentation" you keep referring to is meaningless.

This is one piece of history that can't be rewritten by the Dimension Inc smoke and mirrors group.
