Also, the cargo market (where there was a bunch of supposed pent up demand) is not run by the government. The pipeline and backlog, is not a government issue.

Telling us that an order was coming in September, has nothing to do with the government. Don't be so specific if you aren't sure. Don't be so specific when you JUST told us you have been so wrong in the past.

They say things that would indicate they've learned their lesson and then go ahead and make more projections that are wildly off base (which leads one to believe that they KNOW the new projections are spot on because they just told us they learned their lesson)....
