Under the agreement, Itonis will receive a private branded turn-key hosted mobile payment system connected to the MyECheck check engine. The application is designed to facilitate point of purchase transactions for medical marijuana sales, for which Itonis will share transaction revenue fees. This agreement allows Itonis to offer the first and only payment services with a solution targeting the Medical Marijuana industry in Southern California."
