There's a promise of no r/s as we heard, but no guarantee. And with this thing continuing to languish --- despite all the good news from the inside --- one has to wonder if Molen might just use this stagnation as an excuse to bring about an r/s after all. He could say the stock is much better than the pps shows, but we already know that. And he could always say it tears him apart (crocodile tears and all) to have to do an r/s, even though it wouldn't affect his standing, since his shares didn't cost him anything. Yes, an r/s would vault the stock to another level temporarily, but then what?
After that it would be a crap shoot as to what happened with subsequent trading. Reverse splits usually boomerang, and the only ones who are really hurt are the longs.
Anyway, I just hope the insiders don't get skitterish and do something stupid.
