It is a scam in the sense that NeoMedia sends out PRs that serve nothing but to excite the unsuspecting that the company is far from profitable, will have to dilute to eternity to survive, and is essentially taking your and my money to survive. That is a scam to me. The company offers no returns for its investors that support it and pay the Ex ce's salaries.

I operate on common sense. Common sense is not available to everyone.
