SVFC $$$ Just getting home checking out what's going on today. Looks like we have been walked down again to cap off the week. :D All good for all who are long.
Next week is a new start, much is anticipated here, I will be holding and adding when I can here in the trips. Imo with the recent 8-K's being announced, I can't help but be excited about a possible Merger being put in place. Restated Financials were done for a reason, the International Patents have been approved or are close to being approved, and then to have the 8-K's coming out to describe the details of the agreement letters, well all can see what is about to unfold. Again, this is just my own opinion, and I am confident with my investment here with SVFC, rarely do people have an opportunity as we have here.
GLTA here, do your own DD, read the recent 8-K's, old debts will be no more. New Financiers that are coming are *long term* minded, as am I. Look at this volume past 2 weeks, old debt has been absorbed and news of such debt being eliminated will skyrocket SFVC upwards to a penny.
YA Global has no authority over SVFC, they only hold a debt. SVFC will be injected with some serious cash that would make YA Globals measly debt look like chump change. Ironridge tried to think they had authority of SVFC and their assets, but we know how that turned out in court for them.
SVFC OWNS ALL ASSETS even plants, pencils, chairs, and everything else you can imagine. The company now will have plenty of CA$H to pay off YA globals debt which I feel has been happening this past couple weeks. Do your own DD, don't be misled by anyone about anything, including myself.
