I have been saying this for way too long. I have been called a basher and some other crap along the way, but I was correct about this company the entire time. This guy is a schemer and had no interest in growing a public company. I challenge anyone to research the players listed with all of Jerry's other failed companies. You will find the same M.O. Start up company, roll it out to the public, cash in and company goes down the tubes, just like BGNN. Like the saying goes, follow the money.
