I believe that the 2 to 6 weeks is the time ADEQ will need just to review the Determination of Applicability. NOT the actual permit which can take a year just to prepare for submittal. And then months for ADEQ to review it. All kinds of information needs to go into the application, some of which involves things like chemical testing of the tailings, hiring drillers to install wells, sampling the wells, evaluating the data, etc. None of that is in what Joel submitted.

It is actually kind of funny, it appears that Joel does not even understand how this process works. Or he doesn't care, as long as he can keep his loyal investors on the hook and gobbling up 0.0001's. Like today.
