I respect what you are saying and it's healthy to have an objective view point and a range of opinions. My main point being good or bad is one thing in terms of what makes commercial sense and you are right I don't know the answer to that but I feel on the whole our relationship with cognate has been beneficial. However good or bad commercial decisions are just that but inappropriate, underhand or shady transactions that benefit insiders or specifically intra related parties will be governed by strict rules and I'm more confident to say that I don't believe the management of NWBO or Cognate would engage in such cheap and foolish transactions.
