The idea that Alonzo Pierce may not be entitled to his control position in the company based on the right that the Preferred Serias A shareholders had to vote on whether the Series E Preferred, on which his control relies, should be issued is not an old idea as far as I know. If the question has been raised before and resolved I'd appreciate it if someone....anyone....would link me to it.
