Here's some guarantees for you estboss!

1. Yes, I called like Jay requested and spoke to the top dog at Raytheon who should know about this, the Director of Investor Relations. He had no idea who tmm/tmmi was, none!!! Never heard of them!!!

2. tmm claims it is using VDK 1.0-1.4 in its "trudef" product. The Iterated lawyers have already confirmed in writing that tmm has no rights to any Iterated tech, including the VDK 1.0-1.4. Read about it on the Dimension site court papers.

3. tmm claims it bought but is not using the VDK 2.0 from Simpson, Haskins acting as DFI. That copy that they "bought" is stolen property, so tmm has no ownership of it.

4. tmm MAY own some pencils or paper or a stapler, not sure but since they have no office, its debatable I guess.

5. I guarantee you tmm will lose this case, unless they decide to settle but I doubt they will, they are far too stubborn and will ride this stock price down to sub penny level.
