that's not what I said. I only speculated that we shouldn't be expecting a "cash" dividend from a start-up company like this. More than likely, it's about giving out shares that would be restricted until insiders have had a chance to unload. While that might be a negative outlook to some, it's how things seem to work on the OTC.
